To initiate a return, you must immediately send an email to info@ekracargo.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Replacement Policy
If the return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product.
Replacement will be sent if stock is available.
If replacement is not available, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
